Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 burger buns
  • ½ cup microgreens (sunflower, radish, or arugula)
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup mayo or aioli

Instructions:

  1. Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into patties.
  2. Grill or pan-fry patties over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side. Add cheese on top in the last minute.
