- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 cup microgreens (radish or mustard)
- 8 small lettuce leaves (for wrapping)
- ½ cup kimchi
Instructions:
- Marinate beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, garlic, and gochujang for 30 minutes.
- Stir-fry beef over medium-high heat until caramelized.

2. Microgreen Miso Soup
Ingredients:
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 cup tofu, cubed

- ½ cup microgreens (broccoli or sunflower)

- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Heat broth until hot (but not boiling), then dissolve miso paste.

Ingredients:
- 1 baguette, sliced open
- 4 oz grilled chicken or tofu
- ¼ cup pickled carrots & daikon
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise or sriracha mayo
- ¼ cup cucumber slices
- ¼ cup microgreens (cilantro or mustard)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions:
- Toast baguette and spread mayo inside.
- Layer grilled chicken or tofu, pickled veggies, cucumbers, and microgreens.
- Drizzle with soy sauce, close, and enjoy!
4. Microgreen Ramen Bowl
Ingredients:
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 packs fresh ramen noodles
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 soft-boiled egg, halved
- ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
- ¼ cup corn kernels
- ½ cup microgreens (pea shoots or radish)
Instructions:
